Join us for this A 10-week crash course exploring ancient Jewish wellness traditions to build resilience and center yourself in your everyday life in a supportive community.
Learn about Jewish approaches to creating self-care practices, nourishing meaningful relationships, and deepening self-awareness.
This 10-week experiential and conversational seminar is for students passionate about deep conversations, building friendships, and the big questions
DON’T MISS OUT: Show up to all sessions, and get a $300 stipend, Kosher lunch every week, returning JLF participants may apply but new students will be prioritized

Bridging: building relationships Across Differences
Explore what it takes to build real, lasting relationships across difference. Grounded in Jewish wisdom and personal reflection, this 4-week cohort offers tools like active listening, storytelling, and navigating strong emotions. Together, we’ll practice the skills and values needed to create inclusive, resilient communities on campus and beyond! Kosher Lunch provided!
